Strip out works have been carried out for many of our clients. Strip out works can involve the removal of all fixtures, fittings, mechanical equipment, columns walls, and temporary structures to leave the building as an empty shell. This allows the process of refurbishment to begin. Strip out works can allow the building to remain operational while the process is being completed. Often the process is carried out in areas with live utilities, pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
